- Calls are NOT recorded unless you specifically request it
4.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled call
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the appointment
- No-shows without notice forfeit the appointment
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies
4.3 What Clarity Calls Are (And Aren't)
Clarity calls ARE:
- An opportunity to discuss your goals and challenges
- A conversation about whether our programs are right for you
- A chance to ask questions about our approach
Clarity calls are NOT:
